- U.S. Government Seeks Expressions of interest for a 6 Month lease for Approximately 11,700 RSF (Yielding Approximately 11,300 ansi/boma office area square feet) of Office Space in Niagara Falls, new york Solicitation # 2NY0542 The United States Government seeks expressions of interest to lease approximately 11,700 rentable square feet (approximately 11,300 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet) of contiguous office space on one floor. The space must meet requirements for fire and life safety plus handicapped access. LEASE TERM: Six (6) months. DELINEATED AREA: Niagara Falls, New York as described by the area below: Northern Boundary: Lockport Road Western Boundary: Packard Road Southern Boundary: Niagara River Eastern Boundary: Walmore Road EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN MAY 21, 2012 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Building name and address, and location of space in the building Legal description One-eighth inch scale drawing of the space being offered ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet Rentable Square Feet offered and Rental Rate per square foot. (Specifying services, utilities, electricity and tenant improvement allowance included) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to determine the Rentable Square Feet Name, address, telephone number and email address of individual to be contacted Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal Agency other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized representative.
