Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 260 Industrial Way West, Eatontown, NJ 07724 intends to enter into a contract on the basis of other than full and open competition in support of the Office of Information and Technology (OI&T), Office of Information Security (OIS) Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) Program. The TAC intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract consisting of a four month period of performance, to Teknoworks, Inc., 7032 River Oak Ct., Clarksville, Maryland 21029, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(5), 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(5), 38 U.S.C. 8127(c), and the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulations (VAAR) Subpart 819.7007 for technical and administrative services to review and analyze Office of Management and Budget (OMB) IT Capital Plan (Exhibit 300) business case, the OIS segment of the VA IT Investment Portfolio (Exhibit 53) and other VA specific budget documents that provide financial data in support of budget formulation and execution. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) for this effort is 561110 with a corresponding small business size standard of $7M annual revenue. The estimated date of award for this action is May 15, 2012. This notification shall close on Thursday, May 10, 2012.
