- Contractor is to install IR/RF, V-Cool Window Film to two buildings located on McDill AFB with following specifications: IR/RF, V-Cool with Dow edge seal, window filem must meet Attenuation average = 44db, IR=<1%, VLT = 70%-40%, UV = 98%. Building one square footage total 18,083 a. 1st floor 6315 b. 2nd floor 3626 c. 3rd floor 2622 d. 4th floor 5520 Building two suate footage total 13,713 a. 1st floor 2857 b. 2nd floor 2578 c. 3rd floor 2578 d. 4th Floor 5700 Vendor shall provide McDill AFB and government customer list of employees holding valid identification to allow appropriate background checkds required for base access. Vendor shall complete all work "After normal Duty Hours" or between 1630 EST daily (M-R) and 0700 EST daily (M-F), or "on weekends" (Sat/Sun) Vendor shall remove all trash daily Vendor shall provide graph test charts and spec sheets prior to commencement of window film installation The government will provide vendor warehose space as needed for materials No subcontracting is authorized The government will supply escort(s) while working on this project.
