- JOFOC THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY-The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate a contract for the Office of Information Technology on a SOLE SOURCE basis with Geowise Limited, Quality Court, 28 Maritime Lane, Edinburgh EH6 6RZ, Scotland, UK. The purpose of this procurement is to purchase software, training and support maintenance for: 1. InstantAtlas v6.5 Desktop license including (1 EACH): Publisher Designer Excel Data Manager Single Map Template Double Map Template Double Map-Time Series Template Area Profile Template Bubble Plot / Funnel Plot Template HTML Template 2. InstantAtlas Server Modules including (1 EACH): Administration Data Views Reports/Profiles Advanced Data Views Advanced Reports/Profiles User Management Explorer Server Publisher 3. InstantAtlas Annual Maintenance and Support Agreement for one year: Support and Maintenance Agreement for one year 4. 2 Days of InstantAtlas Consultancy Project Management Implementation and Administrative Training including: Implementation/branding including installation support Onsite Administrative Training 5. 10 Days of InstantAtlas Consultancy Customer Development and Data Provisioning including: Development and Consultancy Implementation Data Preparation The anticipated period performance is twelve (12) months. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 511210. The proposed contract action(s) is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) is on file, which states and supports that Geowise Limited is the only vendor capable of providing the products and services previously mentioned. Additionally, the software is proprietary. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement.
