- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following items: Gravel Crushing & Hauling Service IAW Performance Work Statement (PSW) SEE THE ATTACHED PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT & PERFORMANCE PLAN This will be a 5 year IDIQ type contract with a minimum amount of $115,000 and a ceiling of $1,800,000. The CLIN structure will be as follows: 0001 - Crush gravel on the UTTR in accordance with the attached PWS - Quantity: Minimum amount = 1 TON, Maximum amount = 100 TONS 0002 - Haul gravel on the UTTR in accordance with the attached PWS - Quantity: Minimum amount = 1 TON, Maximum amount = 50 TONS All proposals need to include the base year, plus 4 option years and include the price per ton for each line item. A site visit will be held on 1 May 2012 starting at 8:00 a.m. at the Utah Test & Training Range. YOU MUST ATTEND THE SITE VISIT IN ORDER TO BID ON THIS REQUIREMENT PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT ANY BID/PROPOSAL BEFORE ATTENDING THE SITE VISIT Please fill out the UTTR Vist Request Form and RSVP with the form attached via e-mail to brian.foo@hill.af.mil no later than 25 April if you will be attending the site visit. SEE THE ATTACHED SITE VISIT NOTES FOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION INCLUDING SCHEDULE, DIRECTIONS, AND OTHER NOTES This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and therefore quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for Gravel Crushing Service IAW PWS. Submit only written offers; oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) http://www.bpn.gov/. 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53.
