- NSN: 7920-00-292-2360 This solicitation is for the procurement of one (1) National Stock Number (NSN) 7920-00-292-2360 - Broom, Push (without handle) under a Standing Quote Agreement (SQA). Please see the attached solicitation for a complete description of this NSN (pages 4-6). Award will be made item-by-item (Per NSN). Offerors must meet the conditions listed in the solicitation and award will be made item-by-item (per NSN) to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government utilizing the following evaluation factors: technical acceptability, past performance, and price. Period of performance is for 5 years or $150,000. If responding to this Request for Quotation, complete and return the entire package.
