Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The response date has been amended from 1200 AM Central European Summer Time (CEST) on MONDAY 7 MAY 2012. TO 1600 (04:00 PM CEST) on THURSDAY 10 MAY 2012. SERVICES Rental Vehicles Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Number: W564KV-12-T-0042 Location: Latvia and Estonia Period of Performance: 27 May - 29 June 2012 Please review the attached Solicitation & provide an offer in either Latvian Lats or Euro. Please return pages 1 through 3 of the solicitation with your company contact info on page 1 and the line items costs on page 2 & 3. The Contractor shall provide rental and service of vehicles to various locations in both Latvia and Estonia, outlined in Table 1 in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, transportation, quality control and supervision to perform these services. We are currently waiting on funding for this requirement, but we anticipate awarding this contract not later than 14 MAY 2012.
