Exhibits: Pricing Schedule (Fill-in) The Contractor shall transport General Freight*, Dangerous Freight**, Hazardous Freight*** or Sensitive Freight**** by the Contractor's truck (2ton - 12ton) between US Government Installations, or between US Government Installations and ports, Japan Self Defense Forces Facilities in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract and applicable Government of Japan laws and trade practices. *General Freight: All types and descriptions other than Dangerous, Hazardous, or Sensitive Freight. **Dangerous Freight: Items which are applied to the GOJ "Fire Defense Law", "Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Control Law", "High Pressure Gas Safety Law" ***Hazardous Freight: Explosives listed under the GOJ "Explosives Control Law" which require obtaining a GOJ clearance issued by the Prefectural Public Safety Commission. Requires 2 drivers to transport this freight in this contract. ****Sensitive Freight: Explosives listed under the GOJ "Explosives Control Law" which do not require obtaining a GOJ clearance issued by the Prefectural Public Safety Commission. Or any freight which requires a high degree of protection (weapons, etc.). Requires 2 drivers to transport this freight in this contract. Award will be made to the offeror whose offer represents the best value to the U.S. Government considering the evaluation factors stated in the solicitation posted on this web site. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for 17 May, 2012 at 1300hours at Yokota Air Base, Japan. Firms wishing to attend this pre-proposal conference and ask questions about the solicitation are requested to submit the names of all attendees (not to exceed 3 persons) in writing to this synopsis to Ms Sonomi Yoshihashi, Contract Specialist, by fax or e-mail; Commercial fax number is 042-551-0973 (from inside Japan); e-mail address is sonomi.yoshihashi.jp@us.af.mil, prior to 15 May, 2012, 1400hours.
