- Specifications and Bid Forms - Solicitation GS-07P-12-UT-C-0017A The General Services Administration, Public Building Service is seeking sources capable of performing the work to be performed hereunder to include the furnishing of all supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools, and equipment (unless otherwise noted) and shall plan, schedule, coordinate to assure the effective removal, reconditioning, solid state retrofitting, and reinstallation of (3) GE, 3000 AF, AK-2-75-1; Electrically Operated, Draw-out Breakers and (8) GE, 1600 AF, AK-2-50-1; Manually Operated, Draw-out Breakers at the Federal Office Building, Little Rock, AR. The estimated cost range for all work is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Work to be performed under the contemplated contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238210 with a size standard of $14 Million. All offerors are advised that this project may be revised or canceled at any time during the solicitation, selection, evaluation, negotiation, and final award. To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered in the Central Contractor registration at http://www.ccr.gov and have completed on-line representations and Certifications at https://orca. At a minimum all vendors must supply the following information: Your Company's Central Contractor Registration (CCR), Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN) (you can get this number from your company's CCR Point of Contact), you company's DUNS Number or CAGE Code (Contact Dun & Bradstreet at 1-800-333-0505 if you do not have a DUNS Number), your telephone number, and your e-mail address.
