- The Contractor shall provide one full-time equivalent (FTE) Psychiatrist Adult Services for the Department of Behavioral Health, William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), El Paso, TX. This requirement is Personal Services contract. Contract provider shall be a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Osteopathy (OD); be board eligible or board certified in psychiatry; have a minimum of two years of experience within the last three years working as a psychiatrist; posses current unrestricted license to practice psychiatry in any of the fifty United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands that allows for the independent practice of psychiatric services. Period of performance is 1 Oct 2012 - 30 Sep 2013 and four twelve-months option periods. This is set-aside for 100% small business participation.
