- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for miscellaneous communications parts. This is a total small business set aside. Please see attachment for list of parts. This is brand name specific for all ADC Krone/Telecom parts due to capability with existing components. No 'suitable substitutes' will be accepted for these items. Partial quotes will NOT be eligible for award. Vendor must quote on ALL items listed in the attachment. Vendor must be CCR registered. Project is pending availability of funds. If funds become available, award will be made based on lowest price technically acceptable (FAR Part 15) and IAW FAR Part 13.
