- Capability Chart Draft Requirements Document SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS (Not a Notice of Solicitation) The United States Air Force, ASC/PKO, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio is seeking is a fully automated, fully integrated, random access platform capable of high throughput for automated immunodiagnostics testing as described in the attached requirements document. Performance will be located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio in support of the United States Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine. The full requirements of this project are documented in the attached draft requirements document in Microsoft Word format. Firms responding should specify their capabilities which meet the requirements document attached and provide detailed information to show clear technical compliance. The Air Force anticipates eventually conducting a competitive acquisition for this award. Firms responding should indicate whether they are, or are not, a small business, a socially and economically disadvantaged business, or a woman owned business. The general definition of a small business is one that is independently owned and operated, is not dominant in the field of operation in which it is proposing on Air Force contracts and with its affiliates; and that fits under the size regulations set by the NAICS code of the project. NAICS Code to be used for this acquisition is 334516 with small business standards of 500 employees. The Air Force reserves the right to consider a small business set-aside based upon responses hereto for any subsequent acquisition. Respondents are further requested to indicate their status as a Foreign-owned/Foreign-controlled firm and any contemplated use of foreign national employees on this effort. Any information submitted by respondents to this sources sought synopsis is voluntary. The Air Force does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. Respondents should not construe this synopsis as a commitment by the Air Force for any purpose. Capabilities package: All interested firms shall submit a capabilities package that explicitly demonstrates company capabilities and specifications related to this effort. Companies should list any public pricing lists and commercial customers that they have provided similar services. A spreadsheet is attached to document the company's ability to meet the Government's requirement and should be filled out for this response.
