THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. THERE WILL NOT BE A SOLICITATION, SPECIFICATION, OR DRAWINGS AVAILABE AT THIS TIME. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Mid-Atlantic IPT North Carolina is seeking eligible small business firms capable of performing Design Build construction services for P003 the Staff NCO Academy, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. P003 includes the design and construction of a multi-story 84,400 SF building which will house the Staff NCO Academy at Camp Johnson, a 43,562 SF parade and drill field, and a 260 space surface parking lot. A one story 5,113 SF Supply Warehouse Building will be constructed at another site at Camp Johnson.
