- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Rental of eight (8) 60 feet x 90 feet pole tents to include delivery, set-up, operation, and tear-down from 19 July 2012 thru 19 August 2012 (see Scope of Work (SOW) for specific set-up times). Rental will include flooring, air conditioning, lighting, safety and other equipment requirements as stated in the SOW. Tents will be located at Camp Atterbury, Edinburgh, IN.
