- Wage Rate Determination Statement of Work Solicitation Form The Department of the Air Force 482nd Contracting Office at Homestead Air Reserve Base, FL intends to contract for a vendor to provide monthly interior and exterior cleaning of our control tower cab windows. This is a firm fixed price contract. NAICS Code: 561720 Small Business Size: $16.5M Evaluation criteria: lowest price Contractor proposals MUST include but not be limited to the following: 1- Supply a copy of their insurance certificate IAW FAR 52.228-5 2- Provide clear and detailed capability statement to include but not be limited to: a. Clear examples of at minimum 3 projects completed or in work for cleaning windows at heights nearly 200 feet high b. Names of the company individuals who work(ed) on those contracts (who would also be working on this contract) who has at least one year experience cleaning windows at heights nearly 200 feet high. These should be individuals that would also be working on this contract. All quotes must be submitted, via email: marquita.moore.3@us.af.mil, on the solicitation form attached by 31 May 2012 (there was a mistake on the due date on the solicitation form). Thoroughly read and review the solicitation and all attachments when preparing your quote. Email all questions regarding this acquisition to marquita.moore.3@us.af.mil. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/ in order to transact business with the Department of Defense (DOD). Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in CCR will result in possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in CCR at the time of award. Note: Payment for this contract will be made via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) https://wawf.eb.mil/. It is strongly recommended that during the solicitation process you set up an account and get familiar with WAWF to help prevent invoicing delays. Invoicing will only be completed via WAWF.
