Statement of Work Request for Proposal COMBINED SYNOPSIS/ SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation/synopsis reference number is F1M3T42110A001 and is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-59 (iv) This acquisition is Unrestricted Open Market. The associated NAICS code is 811310 with an $7 million size standard. (v) Contractors shall submit a itemized, lump sum proposal for the replacement of two like new boom sheaves on LB Cranes Model: UC108B. Cranes are located and will be worked on site at JB Charelston, South Carolina. Itemization should apply, but not be limited, equipment, materials, or personnel. (vi) F1M3T42110A001, Replacement of boom Sheave with like new part OSHA certified, Link-Belt certified on Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina. (See attached statement of work) (vii) Repairs must begin within 5 calendar days of award and be completed within 45 calendar days of award.Delivery & acceptance instructions, FOB destination. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers in the following relative order of importance: 1. Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement. 2. Price - The Government will evaluate the total price of the offer for award purposes.
