- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 100 Emancipation Drive, Hampton, Virginia 23667, will be soliciting proposals for Removable Dental Prosthetic Laboratory Services. The contractor shall provide all materials and supplies necessary to complete each item. A request for proposal, VA246-12-R-1087, will be issued within two weeks. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is June 1, 2012 (or date of award) through September 30, 2012 for the base period, with three (3) one (1) year renewal options that can be exercised by the Government. This is a 100% small business set-aside. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov, Online Representations and Certifications Applicable (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov/login.aspx and must be verified in VetBiz.gov Vendor Information Pages (http://www.VetBiz.gov). The applicable NAICS Code is 339116 with a size standard of $7.0 Million.
