- This is a sources sought notice for planning purposes only. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this survey. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SURVEY. The type of solicitation issued will depend upon the responses to this Survey. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Boston Healthcare System, is seeking sources for an upcoming procurement for services to be provided in order to service the Zeiss Axio Imager Z2. The details of the project and anticipated tasks and deliverables are outlined in the subsequent Statement of Work. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Bedford is interested in determining if there are vendors capable of meeting the agency's requirements in terms of time, resources, and past experience. Priority for this procurement will be to use a vendor currently on a GSA schedule contract for IT professional services. Interested sources who are not currently on a GSA schedule contract should still respond to this notice. Interested sources should respond via email to harold.nice@va.gov to indicate their interest in this procurement. Please indicate in your email if your company is on a GSA schedule contract and the corresponding contract number. This is not a solicitation, and no contract shall be awarded as a result of any responses received as a result of this notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Bedford VAMC will determine the type of solicitation issued as a result of information gained from this sources sought notice.
