- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: PA City: Philadelphia Delineated Area: The Delaware River to the east, Race Street to the north, 22nd Street to the west, and Walnut Street to the south. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 35,303 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 35,603 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 1 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured):1(structured and reserved) Parking Spaces (Reserved): 1(structured and reserved) Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Offered space may be on separate floors but should be contiguous within the building and should be located on the 3rd floor or above. The tenant cannot be located in the same building as any foreign Government entity, which includes consulates. Expressions of interest shall include the following: 1. Building name and address, 2. Available square feet and rental rate per square foot, 3. Common area factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable, 4. Owner's name and address and a written statement from owner that the offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
