- This solicitation notice is for a 3-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) award for the following item: Tank Liners, 2.8 gallon, Disposable This solicitation effort will be 100% SBSA A guaranteed minimum will be defined in the solicitation, maximum quantity over the life of the contract will be 86,400 each Estimated relase date of the solicitation for the basic IDIQ contract is 17 April 2012. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the Army Single Face to Industry website. https://acquisition.army.mil CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therfore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of same. ALl responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Government.
