- MRPT Attachment Past Performance Questionnaire SF-3881 Solicitation SAQMMA12R0183 SAQMMA12R0183 is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. This is an 8(a) competitive Set Aside. The Department of State's, Bureau of International Information Programs(IIP), is soliciting proposals for Language Editors. It is anticipated Department of State will award one Contract with the option to extend up to four additional years. Additional information on the type of work IIP requires from vendors can be found in the attached Statement of Work and Solicitation documents. All questions should be sent to borekMP@state.gov by May 22, 2012 by 1:00PM EST. All proposals are due by June 18, 2012, by 12:00PM NOON EST. No phone calls will be accepted.
