- The General Services Administration Federal Acquisition Service, AOD Contracting Office intends to establish a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) for Marshaling Services, sometimes known as Vehicle Inspection Services, for new and used government vehicles. Contractor will be required to receive, inspect, and process new and use vehicles. A BPA is a simplified method of filling anticipated and repetitive needs for supplies or services. It is a written instrument of understanding, negotiated between a contracting activity and the contractor(s). The performance location will be Lancaster, CA; Barstow, CA; and Flagstaff, AZ. This is a Small Business Setaside. The solicitation shall be available on or about May 25, 2012. Start date of this requirement is August 1, 2012.
