- Description
- The National Park Service (NPS), Grand Canyon National Park (GCNP) intends to procure chemicals to supply the water treatment facilities within the park. The proposed contract will be a firm fixed price (FFP) contract for an initial year with four one-year options, awarded as a small business set aside. See North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 325188. A solicitation with a complete listing of required chemicals will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at https://www.fbo.gov on or about 5-31-12. The solicitation will close on or about 6-18-12. Hardcopies of the solicitation will not be provided. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor this website to download applicable documents and check for amendments. Award is anticipated on or about 8-8-12. Delivery will be free on board (FOB) destination. Prospective offerors desiring to conduct business with NPS are requested to register at the National Business Center (NBC) at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. To receive any contract award, contractors must register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/ and complete electronic annual representations and certifications at https://orca.bpn.gov. All responsible sources may submit a quotation that will be considered by the agency. Responses must include all information requested in the solicitation. All responses must be submitted in writing to the Arizona Major Acquisition Buying Office (AZ MABO), 1824 S. Thompson St. #200, Flagstaff AZ 86001-2693 or by email to bryan_gregory@nps.gov.
