- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because there is only one responsible source as this is a follow-on contract, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements (FAR 6.302-1). See posted J&A for further information. This is a notice of award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source. A J&A shall be posted for further information. The US Army Contract Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, 21005 has a requirement to procure the following: The Simple Key Loader (SKL), its spares, depot repairs of Out of Warranty items and engineering support services. The contract is composed of two portions: Firm Fixed Price for ordering hardware and spares, and Cost Plus Fixed Fee for ordering services. The first delivery order was executed simultaneously with the awarding of this basic contract. This first order satisfies the Government's obligation for ordering under this IDIQ contract.
