- Avaya Phones Solicitation The US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) has a requirement for Avaya Phones and accessories. REFERBISHED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. This will be solicited as a brand name only requirement. Offerors shall be Avaya authorized Business Partners. This requirement will be a 100% small business set-a side. The NAICS Code is 334210 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. This acquisition is to be a Firm Fixed Price type contract. In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor is required to be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Registration instructions may be obtained and online registration may be accomplished at www.ccr.gov. QUOTES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 10:00am EST, 30 MAY 2012. Inquiries shall be directed to Ms. Brittany Black at brittany.c.black@us.army.mil.
