- The Air Force Real Property Agency (AFRPA) is anticipating release of a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a solar Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) at Travis Air Force Base (AFB), California, and is soliciting feedback from industry related to the attached DRAFT RFQ. The Draft RFQ along with other project related information is now posted on the Emax Financial and Real Estate Advisory Services website: http://www.emaxress.com/travis-afb/. An Industry Day will be conducted on 05 June 2012 at the Hilton Garden Inn, Fairfield, CA followed by a bus tour of the sites.
