- This is a synopsis for BRAND NAME OR EQUAL commercial items. The solicitation number M67854-12-Q-4919 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) on a Brand Name or Equal basis. The government has a requirement for sixty two (62) Point of Sale (POS) touch screen computer sytems, forty four (44) Lexmark E120N Network Printers, and various accessories and supplies. The applicable NAICS code is 423430. The Brand Name or Equal POS touch screen computer systems are: The NCR 7403 Real/POS 70XRT POS workstation, and the Pioneer MDH-PMD5YR-J3VSI, Pioneer Stealth S-Line, 17 POS Touch Screen Computer Systems required for compatibility purposes with existing system. Inspection and acceptance will be by the government. The place of delivery is at varioius location both CONUS and OCONUS. The Delivery Date is 5 July 2012 with shipment FOB Destination. The following FAR commercial clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; and 52.212-5, Contract Terms Conditions Required to Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. Clauses may be reviewed at: www.arnet.gov. DFARS clause 252.211-7003 Item identification and Valuation (JUN 2011) and 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items (JUN 2011) are incorporated in the solicitation. The solicitation is posted in NECO at: www.neco.navy.mil. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
