- FOR ALL INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT: Mitch Jacquay 443-861-4396mitchell.a.jacquay.civ@mail.mil, Franklin Lee 443-861-4395 franklin.f.lee.ctr@mail.mil You must respond NO LATER than the Respond Date and Time The ACC-APG -C4ISR intends to acquire the following: Quantity 12 each, non-standard commercial export equivalent to the AN/PVS-10 Night Vision (NV) Weapon Sight GEN III NTE 1400 FOM with 8.5X. Each kit includes: commercial export equivalent AN/PVS-10 (with 8.5x magnification), Sun Shade, Tool Kit, Operator's Manual, Carrying Case, Lens Paper, and Technical Bulletin. Salient Characteristics: Figure of Merit must not exceed 1400 (1250 min) Minimum Tube Resolution = 57 lp/mm Field of View: 3 Minimum Focus Range= 125mm Magnification: 8.5 Eye Relief: = 76mm Diopter Adjustment: +2 to -6 Power Source: (2) two each AA size batteries Weight: 2.12 kg Tube Data Sheet for each tube with serial number: Yes Must not have a wrap around gated power supply with autogating feature. Warranty: 1 year Commercial Exportable Spares package for PVS-14s shall include: Qty (1) each provides spare parts for Commercial Export AN/PVS-14 Type, Gen III,Night Vision Monocular consists of Monocular Assembly, Headset Adapter,Weapon Mount, Strapping, Shipping/Storage Case, Helmet Mount Assembly, Carrying Case, Sacrificial Window, Demist Shield, Weapon Firing Eyeguard, Eyecup, Objective Lens Cap and Lanyard. REQUIRED INFORMATION: 1.If you are a reseller/distributor you MUST disclose the manufacturer of the Tubes. 2.You MUST state delivery ARO of all HARDWARE. 3.If you are a reseller/distributor you MUST disclose the manufacturer of ALL ITEMS listed. 4.If you are a reseller/distributor you MUST provide certification that Night Vision Tubes are NOT Russian made. 5.You MUST reference the FMS case designator on your formal solicitations. 6.Image Intensifier Tube data sheets for each tube with serial number will be requested after contract award 7.There will be a potential call for an incoming inspection by DCMA to check tubes and tube housings 8.A quality system on tubes and tube housings will be requested after contract award. 9.Identify whether you are a small or large business 10.If you are a small business then identify your subcategory, i.e. 8A, SDB, SDVOB, etc. Respond to My Attention by 11 AM Eastern on 1 June 2012 mitchell.a.jacquay.civ@mail.mil, franklin.f.lee.ctr@mail.mil
