- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) intends to procure on a 100% small business set-aside, a firm fixed price contract for four (4) Telemetry Multiplexers. The specification will be provided in Section C of the Request for Proposal (RFP). The RFP is expected to be released on or about 01 June 2012 and will close 30 June 2012. The RFP will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website at http://www.neco.navy.mil and the FedBizOpps website http://www.fbo.gov/. All responses/requests shall include the RFP number N68936-12-R-0102. Delivery shall be 90 days after contract award. All deliveries shall be FOB Destination to the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Point Mugu, CA. All responsible sources will be considered by the agency. To be eligible for an award, prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at website https://www.ccr.gov. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 4.1201, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representation and certification via the Online "Representatives and Certifications Application" (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
