- Solicitation Synopsis Roof Replacements at the US EPA, National Health and Environmental Effects Research Labortory, Western Ecology Division, Corvallis, OR. The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Research and Development (ORD), National Health and Environmental Effects Research Laboratory (NHEERL), Western Ecology Division (WED), located at 200 SW 35th Street, Corvallis, OR 97333 has a requirement for roof replacements on several buildings throughout the complex. This procurement will include a Base Bid, along with an Alternative Bid Item. The applicable NAICS code is 238160, Roofing Contractor?s; the size standard is $14.0M dollars. A ?DRAFT? of the proposed Statement of Work for this requirement is available now on the following website: http://www.epa.gov/oam/cinn_cmd/ A Firm-Fixed-Price contract will be issued. Contract award will be made using best value methodology. This is a full and open competition requirement. All prospective offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration system in order to be eligible for contract award. See the website www.ccr.gov for information about registration. It is anticipated that the complete solicitation will be posted on or about March 23, 2012 on the World Wide Web (www.epa.gov).
