- MICC - Fort Stewart, GA has a requirement to upgrade / install fire detection systems in various facilities at Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF), in Savannah, GA. The work covered by this contract consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and performing all operations required in connection with Install and Upgrade Fire Alarm and Mass Notification system for multiple buildings complete in strict accordance with specifications and drawings, subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. This requirement is set-aside 100% for Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small businesses. The NAICS code is 238210 and the small business standard is $14 Million. All equipment provided must be in accordance with and in compliance with the statement of work. This will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This solicitation (W9124M-12-B-0008) is subject to availability of funds. Potential bidders are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. All bidders must be registered with the Central Contractors Registry (CCR). The anticipated posting of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be on or about 31-MAY-2012. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. All bids must remain valid for 120 days after the final closing date of the solicitation.
