- This requirement is for a Ground Hand Adapter (NSN: 1730-00-943-8306RN;Part Number: 65E35468; Size: 30' L, 22' W, 15' H, 600 Lbs.; Material:Steel; Item Function: Nuclear Certified Fork Adapter for the MHU-83Lift Truck to handle munitions and weapons) 1 EACH FIRST ARTICLE(CONTRACTOR TESTING WITH DATA REQUIRED (Test Plan/Procedure andTest/Inspection Report). Also included are four (4) Option Periods:Option 1 is valid for 365 days, 1-35 Each; Option II is valid 730 days,1-20 Each; Option III is valid 1095 days, 1-20 each; Option IV is valid1460 days, 1-20 each. DELIVERY - ITEM 0001: Place of delivery forFirst Article: FE2805, one (1) Ea. First Article is due 30 calendardays ARO Approval of First Article Test/Inspection Report, Test planprocedure is due 30 days ARO Contract, Test Inspection Report is due 180days ARO Contract. Delivery of options is 180 calendar days afterexercise of option. The location is to be determined. The drawingpackage will be made available online, once the Request for Proposal(RFP) is posted. The approximate RFP issue date is 11 May 2012.Proposals will be due 11 June 2012Offerors shall prepare their proposalsin accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructionscontained in the RFP. This is a total Hubzone Set-Aside.
