- Request No: D-2-D7-2D-SU-P04 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Internal Revenue Service requires the items meet the specification and delivery schedule described in the following: Window Button Specifications : Part Number 9882650 IRS Unique Customer Code No Name Engraving Quantity = 2,500 Delivery needed within 4-6 weeks from time of award and subject to final confirmation. Delivery to: Internal Revenue Service, 333 W. Pershing Road, Kansas City, MO, 64108 Include any applicable shipping costs The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561621 and small business size standard of $12.5 million. This requirement is a 100% Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit a quote. Preference will be given to SDVOSB, HubZone, and/or 8a small businesses. The following clauses and/or provisions apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration, 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions, Commercial Items, and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items as applicable. Additional provisions are included on the RFQ, attached. MILESTONES: •· 05/16/12 - Post Solicitation on FedBizOpps •· 05/21/12 - Questions due by 12:00 Noon Central Time •· 05/23/12 - Answers out to all vendors by 3:00 pm Central Time •· 05/29/12 - Proposals due from vendors by 12:00 pm Central Time •· 06/04/12 - Anticipated Award date All communication (questions & answers) will need to be made with Jennifer Beecher through email (jennifer.j.beecher@irs.gov) or fax (972-308-1928).
