- Open Market Solicitation M00264-12-T-0225 The purpose of this procurement is to obtain Brand Name or Equal items to SMARTS professional, contracted technical maintenance support services to augment the capabilities of the Marine Corps Network Operations and Security Center and Operations Center Development personnel in accordance with the Statement of Work. The period of performance will be one year from date of award. This solicitation is a total small business set-aside. This requirement will be evaluated and awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis. Technical acceptability will be based on whether the products or services provided in your quote meet or exceed the needs of the government, in accordance with the Statement of Work. All questions in response to this solicitation must be submitted IN WRITING no later than Thursday, 17 May 2012 to Jessica Leasure at jessica.leasure@usmc.mil or by fax at 703-784-3592. Any questions submitted after this time will not be answered.
