- See attached RFQ solicitation FBO Notice of Single Source Award IAW Simplified Acquisition Procedures CENTCOM Joint Theater Support Contracting Command (Forward), Theater Wide Source Selection (TWSS) has a single source only requirement for Karcher North America, as identified in the attached solicitation. Firm fixed prices are being solicited. This requirement is being issued as a sole-source requirement for Karcher North America, 1351 W. Stanford Ave, Englewood, CO 80110. This procurement was approved as a sole source award due to form, fit, and function of existing equipment. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation. All changes that occur prior to the closing date will be posted on FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. Quotes that are non-compliant with any material requirement of this solicitation may be rejected without further consideration for award. Selection for award will be based on price and technical. All other offerors may submit a quote that will be reviewed by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
