- SSCLQ01 Attachment This is a Sources Sought Notice/Request for Information (RFI) that seeks information from potential performers to establish and support the Coperative Biological Engagement Program's (CBEP) Clinical Laboratory 'Qualification' Program. This performer would be the single DTRA technical point of contact and monitoring/evaluation lead that will monitor progress of all clinical laboratory training in partner countries. There is no solicitation available at this time. Requests for Solicitation and inquiries related to the same will not receive a response. This RFI is published for market research purposes only, and in no way obligates the Government to issue a solicitation or otherwise make a contract award. Any and all information submitted in response to this RFI is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this RFI. The attached document provides more accurate information on the topic and response requirements.
