- Provide all labor, supplies, materials, chemicals, equipment, transportation, facilities, utilities, supervision and management; unless otherwise specified; required to provide swimming pool maintenance for the main pool and wading pool, via a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract at Naval Support Activity (NSA), Crane, Indiana, 47522. The contract will be for a period of 12-months plus four 12-month option periods. The work shall include preparing pools for seasonal use, weekly maintenance and winterization of pools and equipment and incidental related work. Pool maintenance shall be done in accordance with all applicable regulations including NAVMED P-5010-4, local and state environmental requirements, Navy safety requirements, and UFC 3-230-02. Repair to facilities and equipment is not included in this specification.
