- Vanguard 2.3 RFI - Capabilities Statement Request Matrix - Version 2 (relaxed cell editing restrictions) RFI Questions and Answers **************************************************************** Sources Sought Notice SAQMMA12I0010, AMENDMENT A002: This RFI amendment adds an attachment with Questions and Answers received in response to this posting, and also updates the "Vanguard 2.3 RFI - Capabilities Statement Request Matrix", which now has fewer restrictions on the editing of spreadsheet cells, to allow more clearly formatted responses. Where there is a conflict between the original RFI and the Question and Answer document, the Q&A document controls. The Government has made its best effort to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the information provided herein. However, nothing in this Request for Information and its accompanying attachments shall be construed as to bind the Government. The Government shall only be bound by official solicitation, negotiation, and award documents if/when issued and in accordance with applicable regulations. *****************************************************************
