- Description: PITCH HORN ASSEMLY Bell Helicopter Textron Inc. (97499) P/N 214-011-805-105 This is a Navy Identified Critical Safety Item. This is a Critical Application Item with configuration control. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract. Required quantity is 46 each. FOB Origin with inspection and acceptance at Origin. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures. The NSN is 1615-01-256-7540, PR 0045167743 (was originally solicited as 12Q2606). Delivery requirement is 13 per month commencing in 14 months. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. This solicitation is subject to the Buy American Act--Free Trade Agreements-Balance of Payments Program. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ORCA ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FAR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED AT http://orca.bpn.gov. FAR Provision 52.204-8 is included in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
