Description

OF 336 Continuation Sheet Open Text Sole Source Justification. SOLE SOURCE NOTICE (OPEN TEXT ARTESIA DAM MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT) This is a notice of intent to issue a contract to Open Text, Inc., 100 Tri State International Parkway, Lincolnshire, IL 60069-4403 on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The proposed procurement is to award a follow-on contract to procure software maintenance and support services for the Artesia DAM software located at the Defense Media Activity at Fort Meade Maryland. See attached items and SAP Limited Justification Form. This announcement constitutes the only notice; a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to perform by responding to this notice by the specified closing date. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all quotes received by the closing date specified in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
