- Fillable Cost Proposal Form in Word format Fillable Cover Sheet in Word format This posting serves as FBO Amendment #1 to the base solicitation notice. The following changes are made: 1. Throughout the Solicitation, the following administrative errors are hereby corrected: The topics listed are inaccurately labeled 11.1-001 through 11.1-007, beginning on page 4; these should be labeled 12.1-001 through 12.1-007. 2. On page 4, a minor spelling typo has been corrected ("Assistance" is now spelled correctly). A corrected Solicitation is attached inclusive of the above updates; no other changes have been made to the Solicitation. 3.
