- Notice Modification The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Yuma Proving Ground (YPG) and the U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Yuma Test Center (YTC) Yuma, AZ hosted a Site Visit on 16 May 2012 for the follow-on action to the existing Aviation Support Services (AVSS) contract, which expires on 31 January 2013. A list of all industry attendees to the site visit is posted with this notice modification to the MICC-YPG contracting website at www.yuma.army.mil/site_contracting.asp and the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at www.fbo.gov. The slides presented during the site visit are anticipated to be released at a later date, yet to be determined. Additionally, as discussed during the site visit input is requested from industry concerning the site visit, including areas in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) where industry would like to have more information provided. MICC - YPG does not intend to award a contract on the basis of responses, nor otherwise pay for the preparation of any information submitted, nor will respondents be notified of the MICC - YPG review of the information received. The information obtained will be utilized in consideration for the evolution of the solicitation and PWS for this requirement. The Government is not obligated to make changes to the PWS based on responses received. Interested sources shall provide all feedback in via email to the Point of Contact (POC) listed below by no later than 4:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST), 29 May 2012. Prospective offerors are encouraged to frequently check the FBO website (www.fbo.gov) for updates on this acquisition.
