- Contractor Performance Data Sheet H-14 Delay Cert Special RP Fuel Purchase Description Statement of Objectives Aerospace Clauses RFP The Government plans to award a Firm Fixed Price Requirements-Type contract for the f.o.b. Origin delivery of Propellant, Special RP Fuel (Drums), IAW Purchase Description, Propellant, Special RP Fuel, Dated 29 Feb 2012. The period of performance is from Date of Award through one year after date of award. At this time the Government is planning on two deliveries. The first is a firm requirement for 15 Aug 2012 (1,500 Gallons) and the second is tentatively scheduled for 15 Dec 2012 (1,000 Gallons). The product shall be delivered into Contractor-furnished drums that will NOT be returned to the Contractor. As such, the offered price per gallon should include the full cost of the Contractor-furnished drums for the quantities shown in the schedule.
