- Description
- The Defense Media Activity (DMA) is seeking industry's comments on the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the procurement of On-Site Information Technology Services for HQ DMA, Defense Visual Information (DVI), and Defense Information School (DINFOS). Responses to this request for comments are not binding on the U.S. Government and do not obligate DMA to issue a Solicitation, nor does it commit DMA to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of comments. Brief Project Description: The objective of this program is to obtain a broad range of high quality, information technology services, equipment, and software to support the Defense Media Activity's (DMA) missions, users, and customers. The scope of services supports the DMA mission by providing: Program Management and Control, Help Desk Support Services, Information Assurance Support, Network Management and Systems Administration, Project Management, Database Administration, Applications Maintenance and Development Services, Website Management, and Performance Management to the DMA and its domains. Requested Information: DMA invites the IT industry to submit comments and/or questions on the DRAFT Performance Work Statement. These comments will be helpful in determining any gaps in our requirement as we finalize this project scope. Comments or questions submitted in response to this RFI will not necessarily preclude the reviewer from bidding on any potential requirement. Comments must be submitted to Leila S. Miller, Contract Specialist, at leila.miller@dma.mil via email with the subject line "DMA On-Site IT Support PWS Comments" no later than 14 June 2012 2:00pm (EST). NOTES: Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation whatsoever on the part of the Government to procure these services or to issue a solicitation nor to notify respondents of the results of this RFI. No solicitation documents exist at this time. DMA is neither seeking proposals nor accepting unsolicited proposals, and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers. Any information the vendor considers proprietary should be clearly marked as such. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI.
