- Pending signature for the Justification and Approval document to limit competition to local Philippine organizations, USAID/Philippines will post the request for proposals entitled Communication for Health Advancement through Networking and Governance Enhancement (CHANGE), a five (5) year US$20 Million program in the Philippines. CHANGE is intended to be a national-level project and will be the technical lead in the formulation of national health communication campaigns, standards, models, tools, and templates in the areas of family planning, maternal and child health, and tuberculosis for USAID health projects and partners. CHANGE will support the Philippines in achieving its Millennium Development Goals (MDG) 4 and 5, particularly in family planning, maternal, new-born, child health, and nutrition, and tuberculosis. INTERESTED PARTIES SHOULD TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO COMMENCE RECRUITMENT OF KEY PERSONNEL AND ESTABLISH TEAMING ARRANGEMENTS.
