Description

DESCRIPTION: This notice constitutes a combined synopsis and solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 12. The VAMC, Spokane, intends to award a firm fixed price service contract to perform periodic 3-year testing of the facility's electrical distribution system. In accordance with P.L. 109-461, 38 U.S.C. Section 8127, the procurement will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). SDVOSB firms must be listed in www.vetbiz.gov and must have the certified veteran enterprise (CVE) designation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is Testing Laboratories for Electrical Testing Laboratories and Services 541380 and the small business size standard is $14,000,000.00 in average annual receipts. The period of performance for the work is 120 calendar days after date of award. The VA will consider all quotes received in a timely manner from viable SDVOSB firms, meeting the criteria outlined above and in the attached solicitation.
