- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT for BUILDING 200 AHU REPLACEMENT at VA San Francisco, CA Scope of Work Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 21(NCO 21) will be issuing a solicitation as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for Project No: 662-12-009; Project Title: Buildings 200 AHU Replacement at the San Francisco VA Medical Center (SFVAMC) located at 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, CA 94121. Scope of Work includes the contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, expertise, administration, supervision and transportation as necessary to perform all work as described in the contract documents, approved plans and specification and the Scope. Work includes demolition, renovation, replacement, installation, finishes and commissioning of AHU's at building 200. The NAICS code for this procurement will be 236220. Project Magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Government intends to ISSUE THIS SOLICITATION AS A TOTAL "SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS" SET - ASIDE IN ACCORDANCE WITH PUBLIC LAW 109-461 for an award of a firm fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, drawings and schedules of the solicitation, subject to the AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS. All bidders shall be registered on www.ccr.gov www.vetbiz.gov and https://orca.bpn.gov prior to receiving a government contract award. The solicitation will be issued on/about May 30, 2012. Qualified contractors are encouraged to attend a pre-proposal conference / site visit. The exact date and further details shall be provided in the solicitation. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format through Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) System. www.fbo.gov Further details will be provided in the solicitation.
