Vessels and tug/barge units will be considered and multiple tug/barge units under one offer that will accomplish the entire mission will be considered. The load ports are Santo Tomas de Castilla, Guatemala and Puerto Cortez, Honduras, and the discharge ports are Puerto Cortez, Honduras, and Cape Canaveral, FL. In order to meet these requirements, the Ship Operations & Chartering Division, Chartering Branch, N1033, plans to issue an RFP for the voyage charter of one or more vessels, under one contract with a layday of 12 July 2012.
