- Solicitation W912BV-12-R-0029 will be released on or about 6/13/12. This project is a competed HUBZone set-aside and proposals will be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method to award a firm fixed price construction contract. The current order of magnitude is $100K to $250K: magnitude/scope may change if more funds are authorized. Solicitation and award are dependent upon adequate funding. Contractors will be asked to provide proposals and pricing good for 90 days. Bid bonds will be required at 20% or $3M dollars, whichever is less.
