- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to enter into negotiations on a non-competitive basis with Ultra Electronics Advanced Tactical Systems, 4101 Smith School Road, Austin, TX 78744 under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The Government intends to procure NRE, integration, installation, and test support of the Advanced Tactical Airborne System (ATAS) Zephyr Link (ZL II) System. This will include basic NRE and production and two option years for sustainment support. The Government does not own current data drawings or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
